I own a home in the Hawaiian Ocean View Ranchos. For me the beauty and the vastness of the area is breathtaking. I cannot believe I have a home with an ocean/southpoint view. Ocean View is a small community with just the bare essentials nearby to live comfortably. The Ranchos are on the makai side of Hwy 11 near marker 78. It is very quiet and serene. I have never been in a place that is so quiet. I am looking forward to the day that I can live there full time in my retirement.

Aloha,
I think Ranchos is gorgeous. I look at each lot as a piece of blank canvas just waiting for an artist to make it colorful. The views, the sunsets you get there. |

We like the 'living in the clouds" aspect of being upcountry. And the lack of mosquitoes doesn't hurt either!
